Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

We offer flat-rate shipping across Australia to make ordering simple and hassle-free.

Standard Shipping:

  • 1 Cat Dish: $10.00

  • 2 Cat Dishes: $20.85

  • 3–4 Cat Dishes: $25.25

  • For larger quantities, please contact us via hello@ultimatecatdish.com for a custom shipping quote.

Express Shipping:

  • 1 Cat Dish: $23.45

  • 2 Cat Dishes: $25.85

  • 3–4 Cat Dishes: $33.35

For international orders, shipping fees vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 5-7 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 2-3 business days.
  • International Shipping: 7-14 business days, depending on your region.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your confirmation email.

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to process your order before shipping. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, so you can follow your package's journey right to your door.

If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at hello@ultimatecatdish.com within 7 days of receiving your tracking number. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order or a replacement.
