Returns & Refunds Policy
At The Ultimate Cat Dish, we want you and your feline friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we are here to assist you with returns and exchanges. Please review our policy below.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of The Ultimate Cat Dish within 30 days of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at hello@ultimatecatdish.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once we approve your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your cat dish for the same item, please contact us at hello@ultimatecatdish.com, and we will guide you through the process.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a replacement or full refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for defective items.
